Edible Products
Due to safety, quality-control, and product-integrity considerations, Wuffes does not accept returns of any edible products. Once a product has left our facilities, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or freshness, and therefore cannot re-stock or resell returned items.
If you require assistance with an edible product, please contact our Customer Experience team. Once you’ve spoken with our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution and advise you to donate the product to a pup in need where permitted.
Non-Edible Products (including Portable Laser Therapy Device)
Non-edible products may be eligible for return within 90 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Wuffes.
- Wuffes will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs in the form of Wuffes store credit (up to the amount of the shipping fee).
- Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
