Edible ProductsDue to safety, quality-control, and product-integrity considerations, Wuffes does not accept returns of any edible products. Once a product has left our facilities, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or freshness, and therefore cannot re-stock or resell returned items.If you require assistance with an edible product, please contact our Customer Experience team. Once you&#x2019;ve spoken with our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution and advise you to donate the product to a pup in need where permitted.Non-Edible Products (including Portable Laser Therapy Device)Non-edible products may be eligible for return within 90 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:<ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Wuffes.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Wuffes will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs in the form of Wuffes store credit (up to the amount of the shipping fee).</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.</li></ul>To initiate a return for a non-edible product, please contact our Customer Experience team for instructions and authorization.
